Honey Grove City Council welcomes residents and property owners to the Public Forum. The Forum is available at all Regular City Council meetings on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the forum is to provide residents an opportunity to inform the Council of issues they are concerned about. Speakers making personal, unfounded, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the room. Please complete this form and submit it to the City Secretary prior to the opening of Public Forum in a Regular Council Meeting. Speakers will be called in the order in which forms are submitted. You will have three (3) minutes to speak unless informed otherwise. When your name is called, please step to the front and state your name and address. Forms will not be accepted after Public Forum has started.
