Honey Grove has two city parks. The main park is located on Highway 56. The park recently had new playground equipment added for the enjoyment of many youngsters and those “young at heart”.

There are lots of activities within a short distance of Honey Grove.

Caddo National Grasslands is 10 miles North of town on Highway 100. Caddo National Grasslands provides public deer, duck, and dove hunting opportunities with a public lands permit. Lake Crockett and Lake Coffee Mill provide lots of water activities. The City Lake also provides an ample amount of fishing activities. City Lake is a private fishing lake available to members only. You may fish with a member or contact the Honey Grove Fishing Club. Bonham Lake is located about 10 miles north of Bonham on Highway 78. Lake Texoma is within 45 miles from Honey Grove. Legacy Ridge Golf Course is located just east of Bonham on Highway 82.
